Amazon Germany allowed the customer to pre-order the Xperia M2 on its site for €279. Howver, Amazon didn’t reveal the shipping date for the device. Sony has confirmed (via Facebook) that the company’s latest affordable smartphone – theXperia M – will be launched in Russia before the end of August. The suggested retail price is 10,990 RUB, meaning about €250, or $332.
At the moment, there are no official confirmations regarding the handset’s release in other countries. However, last month we told you that the Xperia M could also arrive in the UK in August. And it looks like this is true. British retailer Clove is expecting to receive the smartphone in the week “commencing August 19.” It’s asking £195.60 (€258) for a SIM-free unit.
We don’t know if the dual SIM edition of the Xperia M, logically called Xperia M Dual, will be available starting this month, too.
